your amp’s effects loop. At Sweetwater, we’ve used the PLETHORA X5 with a
bevy of high-dollar amplifiers, bolstering their tone with tasty
compression, killer ambience, and liquid modulation, with zero tone

MASH footswitches maximize expression

The PLETHORA X5 is an expressive piece of gear, thanks to its five
MASH footswitches. Real-time modulation ramping, volume swells, fluid
mix control — you can do all that and more by applying pressure with
your foot. Plus, each MASH switch can control up to three effect
parameters simultaneously using customizable action curves, imbuing your
effects with new dimensions of expression. Need more control? Not a
problem for the PLETHORA X5. Its expression input accommodates an
expression pedal, enabling you to take command of any effect or add a
