Ampero is powered by a dual-DSP platform running CDCM HD
(Comprehensive Dynamic Circuit Modeling High Definition) and F.I.R.E.
(Field Impulse Response Enhancement) modeling systems. These new-gen
systems employ dynamic circuit modeling methods rather than simple
static-state models that just “come close” to the modeled sound. This
ingenious technology “rebuilds” entire circuits using modeled electronic
components, giving you a vivid, accurate, and expressive tone. Beyond
that, the guitarists at Sweetwater have found that Ampero delivers a
realistic feel and response that’s sure to inspire — even while playing
through a PA or recording direct.

Benefit from nine simultaneous effects, thanks to Ampero’s flexible
FX1, FX2, and FX3/MOD effect modules. Plug in and experience top-shelf
stereo effects, many of which were derived from Hotone’s XTOMP pedal.
Ampero’s CDCM HD and F.I.R.E. modeling effects include 64 amp models, 60
cab models, and 100+ pedal models, along with spot-on mic simulations
with variable positioning. You can also bolster your sound library with
user-custom and third-party IRs. What’s more, Ampero supplies you with
50+ Hotone original effects.

Ampero is simple to operate — it’s designed so you can plug in and
start playing. Its full-color, 4-inch touchscreen is incredibly
intuitive, while its quick-access knobs make hands-on parameter tweaking

your computer and fire up Hotone’s free Ampero editor software. With it,
you can adjust tonal settings, transfer files, update firmware, restore
