High-quality Looks, Feel, and Tone!
Jackson knows to build their Dinky DK2 Pro around giving you
top-notch playability, quality tones, and of-course show-stopping looks.
After all, as one of the original custom solidbody electric guitar
makers, that's what they've been doing for decades. The compound radius
fretboard and 24 jumbo frets offer the famous Jackson playability. And
while the Dinky is famous for its rock tones, please don't write this
guitar off as a one-trick-pony. The dual Seymour Duncan humbuckers
combine with a five-way switch giving the Dinky DK2 Pro access to great
single-coil tones as well.

Legendary Jackson playability
There's a reason Jackson exploded in the '80s when highly-technical
playing was the rage. The attention they put into making their electric
guitars ultimately playable is paramount for the company. Jackson was
one of the first companies to offer features such as a compound radius
fretboard for a balance between playing comfort and offering wide string
bends, and putting larger frets on their guitars for maximizing playing
clarity. All of these features are on the Dinky DK2 Pro including
rolled fretboard edges giving your hand and amazingly comfortable
playing surface.
Built from high-quality components
Though the Dinky DK2 Pro is an affordable instrument, Jackson spared
little expense with the quality of the components in the guitar. The
pickups and hardware used in the guitar come from such respected
companies as Seymour Duncan, with their JB and 59 humbuckers, and Floyd
Rose. Jackson even designed a neck heel thumb-wheel truss rod adjustment
mechanism to keep a clean look at the headstock, and offer you quick
and effortless adjustment and stability. And you know your guitar isn't
going anywhere because of the included Dunlop strap lock system.
A wide palette of tonal options
Jackson electric guitars excel at high-speed and hard-rocking
playing. Most everyone knows that. But did you know that at a flip of
the selector switch the Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge, and 59 in the
neck can be split, giving you five different humbucking and single-coil
tones? This beautifully playing instrument is much more versatile than
some people know. Go ahead and switch it to a single-coil clean sound
and get a great rhythm tone for funk, or Knopfler-esque lead sounds. And
of course, the DK2 Pro can scream high-gain as well as any guitar out
there.
