Crafted for sonic brutality

Every contour, every inch of tonewood, and every piece of hardware on the Ibanez RG Prestige Uppercut RG6UCS solidbody electric guitar is carefully chosen to deliver the best playing and most powerful-sounding 6-string in the company's lineup. The basswood body is selected for its balanced tone and how well it reacts with high-gain tones. The Ibanez Lo-pro Edge double-locking tremolo offers precise pitch control while remaining comfortable during hard palm-muted passages. And the deep cutaways allow effortless access to all 24 frets.

Sleek-feeling Super Wizard neck

Ibanez has built an empire on the backs of their legendary Wizard neck profiles. The Super Wizard found on the RG Prestige Uppercut RG6UCS is a fantastic example of why that is. Its 5-piece construction is a combination of fast-sounding maple and super-stable walnut. To further ensure your guitar's neck stays put, Ibanez inlays KTS titanium rods on either side of the truss rod. And the neck is capped with a 24-fret ebony fretboard, with each jumbo fret boasting Ibanez's Prestige fret treatment.
